CNC-milled aluminum brake lever set with ABE – TYPE BCV

The highlights of this new generation of scooter brake levers:

  • New adjustment mechanism (color configurable)
  • Classic round design
  • High-strength aluminum milled from solid material
  • 4-way adjustable
  • The lever length can be adjusted by 35 mm using a dovetail connection.
  • Depending on the model, the fully extended position corresponds approximately to the original length.
  • The anodization of RAXIMO levers meets the highest quality standards.
  • All screw connections comply with DIN standards and are tightened with a torque wrench before delivery.
  • The CNC levers are delivered with a German ABE (General Operating Permit) and are thus registration-free for listed models.

Angle Adjustment

The grip distance to the handlebar can be adjusted in four stages with these levers.

ABE (General Operating Permit)

The BCV brake levers come with an ABE. This means: Installation on motorcycle and scooter models listed in the ABE does not require additional TÜV approval.

Color Configuration

Using our color configurator, you can choose from 9 different colors for the tip and the adjuster, as well as black or silver for the main part. This results in 162 color variations for the BCV lever, making every scooter truly unique.
The levers are manufactured according to your desired color combination and shipped within one day.
The black mounting parts are model-specific, and the photo shown is for illustration purposes only.

Details

  • Anodization
    The anodization of the brake levers is carried out by ISO-certified companies. Monthly UV tests ensure consistent quality.

  • Material
    Our levers are milled from high-strength aluminum. Each batch of aluminum raw material is tested for strength and composition. The tolerance specifications comply with ISO 9001 standards.

  • Batch Management
    Since brake levers are safety-critical components, our deliveries are managed and inspected by batches.

  • Service Card
    Our brake levers are delivered with a Service Card and serial number. This significantly simplifies and speeds up the handling of customer or service inquiries.
