D.I.D Standard Chain 428HD/110 with clip lock
DID is an original equipment manufacturer for many Japanese and European brands. Leading racing teams in
road and off-road sports rely on DID technology.
As a successor to the proven 428H, the 428HD uses a new technology for manufacturing the rollers. Previously, the rollers were wound from sheet metal strips, which created a seam and thus a weak point. With the new technology, the rollers are made of round material, thus avoiding a seam.
Compared to the standard 428D chain, the 428HD is reinforced by thicker link plates and therefore has a significantly higher tensile strength.
