Brief description:

MTP-Racing GmbH from Kirchseeon / the east of Munich has established itself in recent years from a dealer for motorcycle accessories to a well-known manufacturer with its own brands such as Raximo, Timotox, Airtrix and Sixty6.

To support the customer service team for our webshop www.mtp-racing.com in the office in Kirchseeon OT Buch, we are now looking for a full-time customer service employee

Your tasks:

Customer Care: You are the first point of contact for our existing and new customers and deal passionately with after-sales inquiries and events (e.g. inquiries about payment processing, order processing and cancellations / returns as well as) via email, phone & chat.
Customer communication: You are responsible for communication with a growing customer base and convince with your hands-on mentality.
MTP-Racing brand values: You understand it as your face and voice to represent the values of MTP-Racing towards the customer at all times and first-class customer service is important to you.
Innovation: You bring new ideas and suggestions for improvement into the company with persuasive power in order to continuously improve the customer experience.
Involvement: You coordinate closely in the team and with adjacent departments in order to ensure a smooth ordering and delivery process as well as a lasting positive customer experience.

You have experience in customer service, ideally in the back office area
You know how to help our new and existing customers with concerns with your empathy and solution orientation
You score with your sovereignty and serenity in conducting discussions with the goal of a satisfied customer
You have an affinity for motorcycles or drive a motorcycle yourself
You are safe in using MS Office products
You have a very good command of spoken and written German, as well as a good command of English
