Lead-acid batteries can only use 30% of their capacity due to their specific characteristics, while lithium-ion batteries can use almost 100% of their capacity.
Advantages of a lithium-ion battery:
- Can be installed in any position, as it contains no acid
- Fast charging with high charging current possible up to 90% in 6min
- approx. 1/3 of the weight of a comparable lead-acid battery
Please note under no circumstances should chargers be used which attempt to desulphate deeply discharged batteries below 10 volts with a voltage of more than 14.9 volts before starting the actual charge. The maximum charging voltage of 14.9 volts must not be exceeded under any circumstances

Battery deposit information
Starter batteries:
According to §10 BattG, distributors who sell starter batteries to end consumers are obliged to charge a deposit of 7.50 euros including VAT if the end consumer does not return a used starter battery at the time of purchase of the new battery.
Please be sure to note that used starter batteries are hazardous goods and may only be shipped with logistics companies that accept this. We will not accept shipments that are not properly sent by you as hazardous goods!
You can hand in your used battery free of charge at many recycling centres.

The waste bin symbol indicates batteries containing harmful substances and that batteries must not be disposed of with household waste but in a professional manner. End users are legally obliged to return used batteries. We would like to point out that batteries can be returned to us free of charge after use. You can therefore send used batteries to us for proper disposal
